The business units available at the Blackburn Technology Management Centre provide business accommodation with on site support and training for technology orientated companies. All the units are regularly refurbished and offer a high level of accommodation to meet the professional standards of today's business person.
There are 25 business units in varying sizes. These start at 129 sq. ft. with the largest being 2475 sq. ft.
Letting Information
Unit is let on a month-by-month basis and charged monthly in advance by Standing Order. All additional charges for the use of secretarial and other services are paid monthly in arrears.
A deposit of 10% of the annual rental is required to secure a unit along with a Bankers Reference and two Trade References. The deposit is refunded on the termination of your rental period.

Chargeable services include :
- Colour copying
