WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO OFFICES AVAILABLE.

All our offices are ideal for small to medium sized business.  All comprise of suspended celing, carpeting, 24hr access, window blinds and roller shutters for that added security benefit.   All offices benefit from small business rates relief so no rates are payable until further notice. Benefits include: Central services, skip, ample free parking, shower, conference facilities, technology environment, easy in easy out short term tenancy agreement and fully staffed reception area offering secretarial support. Rental payments per month are inclusive of rent, service charge and insurance. Service charge includes items such as: cleaning and maintenance of the common areas, access to full reception and administrative services, security, parking, shower, skip, landscaping, Wifi connection etc. Free car parking is available at the Centre.
