High-speed Wireless Broadband Connectivity
The BTMC conference room is suitable for any requirement and caters for theatre style presentations for up to 60 delegates and classroom style for up to 25 people.
This room has a wide range of state of the art presentation equipment including data and video projector with built in speakers, projection screen, desk top computer with broad band connection to the Internet, interactive whiteboard, dry wipe board and flip chart.
The room has air conditioning and French doors leading to an outside area during the summer months.
Why not use our catering service to provide refreshments for your event.
Prices
The Conference room at BTMC can be booked for £150 per day or £22 per hour.

(Cancellation : half room rate if within 48hrs, full room rate if within 24hrs + caterers cancellation fee if applicable).
